We think 44 344 is 200mg mint flavored caffeine, for sure all the 44 xxx's are OTC products made by Lnk International.

I have some of these in the medicine cabinet and, although they're not in their original bottle (so I can't give you brand information), I believe that they're 200mg caffeine pills.
