sounds like a lortab 5/500 all them have m357 the lortab 7.5 has m358 & so on

I have severe panic attack's & lower backpain. I am on 2mg xanax & lorcet 10/650. I sometimes forget what I post, please forgive me.

I agree with enchaz - it is a generic Lortab pill.
