White oval pill says A236 can ya help me out??

Hi there, im new to this site but stumbled on it when i found this pill and was using search engines to ask what it was...i found it on my porch after a party and it said A236 on it, its oval with no score and all white. can you tell me what it is and what its used for too possibly? thanks so much!
