This pill is OXAPROZIN 600 MG
a generic version of Daypro®
Imprint Code 391
Description white to off-white, capsule shaped film-coated tablets debossed with "391" on one side and score on the other side.
You will find this description in the prescribing information at caraco.com

Oxaprozin is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug used to reduce the pain, inflammation, etc
