white oval pill with no marks or scoring

i found a bottle with 3 pills in it. the bottle is labeled Hydrocodone but on the description on the bottle of the pill it has a sticker the medicine may be different than described. the pills are oval shaped with no identifying marks or scoring. does anyon have a clue? are the generic? im from ohio so..

Any pill made in the USA with FDA approval has identifying markings. That is true in all cases.

There is no way to tell what you have if there are NO markings of any kind. It could be something bought online manufactured and sold here illegally from another country such as India or wherever.

There is no way that I would take something like that or allow anyone else to do so. God bless.
