Default White oval pill with greenish dots, scored 3594

OK, it's an oval pill, white with little greenish dots running throughout it. It's scored, and on left side of the score is 36, on the right side of the score is 94, and under the 94 is a V that looks like a square root sign. Definitely a painkiller, but what kind? Thanks in advance.

I assume you mean V 3594 like in the post title instead of V 3694, especially since I can't find V 3694??

If so, V 3594 white oval with green specks is 7.5 mg hydrocodone and 500 mg acetaminophen.
