Default White, Oval pill, G 800 printed on front.

I found a pill in my son's room and I am verry concerned about what it is. It is a pill that is white, oval shape, and has G 800 printed on the front. Can anyone tell me what this is?

The pill is possibly Ibuprofen 800 MG
    Imprint: G800
    Description: white, elliptical

Ibuprofen is in a class of drugs called nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Ibuprofen works by reducing hormones that cause inflammation and pain in the body. Ibuprofen is used to reduce the fever, pain, inflammation, and stiffness caused by many conditions, such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and abdominal cramps associated with menstruation.

You will find more information on this drug at
