Default white oval pill blue spots a345 score on back

whote oval pill with blue spots,a345,my friend said its vicodin,but i dunno help!

Oblong white tablet with blue spots imprinted A345 is 5 mg hydrocodone and 325 mg acetaminophen. It's generic Norco 5.
