White oval Pill

i found two of these pills on my son's dresser, would like to know what they are, google and other search places were no help

this is my last resort---also, poison control couldnt help me out either

its white, oval shape like a vicodin
and imprint is either L167, or L917

not sure which way is right way to hold pill[?]

The tablet you describe is probably over-the-counter Tylenol or Tylenol Sinus pills. "L" followed by three numbers is usually OTC medications.
