Default white oval with "M360"

I have found a white oval tablet (fairly large) with "M360" imprinted on it. The other side is scored at the midline.

Hydrocodone Bitartrate 7.5 mg and Acetaminophen 750 mg
Generic for: Vicodin ES®
Description: White Capsule Shaped Tablet
Identification Code: Debossed with M360; bisect on reverse side
