with nothing on the flip side...also, a small round white pill with SL on one side and 08 on the flip..

L 484 is 500 mg acetaminophen, generic extra-strength Tylenol.


SL 08 is 25 mg hydroxyzine, an antihistamine used for allergic reactions and commonly used for treating anxiety.

SL 08 is an older marking (maybe a year or so). New imprint is PA 08.
