I know this is suppose to be Phentermine 37.5 mg tablet...but.....the specks look painted on and they are not all the way through the pill..if broken on the score....Does anyone have any ideas? The MP is squished together...

I have the same pills! never have seen any like this before and can't find anything about them. ARe these really phentermine 37.5 or something else. I have been to scared to take them. MP273 same!
