white oblong pill says TECI or TEC1

it's a rectangular oblong not an oval one (flat around the circumference but rounded on the faces) can't tell if the last character in the imprint is capital I or a one. found them at work and feeling kind of suspicious. someone said it might be a canadian generic but really don't know. can anyone help?

TEC1 is 300mg Acetaminophen; 15 mg Caffeine; and 8mg Codeine. It is used to trat severe headaches or migraines. The TEC appears to indicate that it's Canadian.
