I believe it's either Genapap Extra Strength Tablets or Genebs Tab.
What are acetaminophen tablets, caplets, or chewable tablets? ACETAMINOPHEN (Tylenol(R), Panadol(R), Feverall(R) and many others) is used to relieve mild to moderate pain and reduce fever. It is the preferred treatment for patients with aspirin allergy, ulcers, or clotting (bleeding) disorders.
I couldn't find an image to be sure, but that's what comes up for the color, shape and imprint

No need to make things complicated with the Genapap and Genebs. And its not chewable, so you probably don't want to do that.

Its just plain old Acetaminophen 500mg (generic Tylenol extra strength)

I do have an image if you want one
