white oblong pill with NL 276

i saw the other topic but this is definately NL 276 not 275

I found these in my pill box at work and was going to give them to a co-worker as a pain reliever but could not find any information about them online. I went home and found out what they were - Chest Congestion and Cough Relief Tablets under the brand name of "Good Neighbor Pharmacy". The active ingredients are Dextromethorphan HBr 20 mg (Cough Suppressant) and Guaifenesin 400 mg (Expectorant).

Side effects, interactions..how about just what it is

Have a friend who took it? and is reacting badly. Or she thinks she is..I'm not sure.

Could use some answers. Can find nothing.
