white/oblong/L374/no other markings

Found this on my floor and I have absolutely no idea what it is. Completely smooth on one side, inscribed with L374 on the other.

This is an OTC, not prescription, migraine relief tablet, similar to Excedrin Migraine. It contains Acetaminophen 250mgs, Aspirin ASA 250mgs and Caffeine 65mgs.



My information is not guaranteed correct. I do not get them right all the time, but I do enjoy the hunt~
