white oblong with H 2 printed

friend found possible muscle relaxer?(she thinks or anti-inflammatory?) that is white oblong and all that is printed on it is H 2 ! Does anybody have a clue to what this is????? Thank you

Your friend is correct. It's an anti-inflammatory.

H 2 is 550 mg naproxen.
