Default White egg shaped pill with "md" on one side and "450" on the other?

Looked at numerous pill identifier sites and nothing comes up for this pill. It is probably 20 years old. Dont know if that makes a difference. Thanks!

Based upon the information that you have provided, the tablet is most likely Tenuate Dospan (or equivalent), an obesity treatment medicine containing 75 mg diethylpropion HCl. This is a Federally Scheduled IV controlled substance.
