Capsule imprinted HP 409 is CALMPLEX-2000, a HOMEOPATHIC MED.

Two databases identified the imprint by name. Only one database listed the ingredients:

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:
AVENA SATIVA 3X
PASSIFLORA 3X
VALERIANA 3X
HUMULUS LUP 3X
CHAMOMILLA 3X
COFFEA CRUDUM 3X
IGNATIA 3X

Well, sorry about identifying the capsule based on info from two "official" sources.

A quick internet search found this:

This blend of seven natural, active ingredients forms a safe, potent defense against the symptoms of stress and insomnia. Calmplex•2000® quick dissolve tablet is an advanced delivery system designed to allow the active ingredients to go straight to your system bypassing the digestive tract to gently correct symptoms of the pain.

Maybe this remedy used to be in capsule form [?]
