I found a small white round unscored pill with an R that is circled. almost an ovel around the R. the R is kind of weird looking. I think it is from mexico.

If so, this is made by Rayere S.A. possibly acetaminophen. Paracetamol in other countrys.

that is the same marking but, i don't think it is the same pill. thank you for the manufactuer though.

Sorry I meant did the maker's mark look like that. THIS is the pill I was referring to:

that is the markeing. but i still don't think that is the pll. i tink it might be some kind of steroid.

Only problem is, is that of all the products they list, only one is a steroid and it's an injectable solution. They mostly make cold,sinus,cough, and other over the counter medicines. Go to their website and see for yourself. http://www.rayere.com.mx/fr_frameset.htm click on productos. On the right hand side is a list of what they are for. Granted it's in spanish, but most of them are similar to engish words. (Antitussive= cough suppressant). Since it's small, you can ignore anything over 150 mg.
