what is a white oval pill with Z 3981 on it for ?

I think it's a:

Acetaminophen 650mg/Propoxyphene 100mg Tablet

I haven't been able to find a picture to confirm 100% so I could be wrong on this one. Maybe one of the "pro's" can confirm or correct me.
