This pill is a generic version of Percocet 7.5/500 by Mallinckrodt.

Each oxycodone and acetaminophen tablet, USP 7.5 mg/500 mg contains oxycodone hydrochloride 7.5 mg and acetaminophen 500 mg.

It is available as a white to off-white oval shaped tablet debossed with “M582” on one side and the other side is plain.

Info at http://acetaminophen.and.oxycodone.drugs.com

My information is not guaranteed correct. I do not get them right all the time, but I do enjoy the hunt~
