Default What is this little white pill? please help
I found these white pills in my daughters
room wondering what it might be??
It is small, round, and has the
numbers 54 on top and under the 54 has
the number 662.

Round white tablet imprinted 54 over 662 is 2 mg dexamethasone, a corticosteroid.
