Question What is this?

Does anyone know what this beigey tan oblong pill is? It has 500 on 1 side. On the other side it has a 6 OR a G (not sure which) then a line down the center, (like many pills do which makes it easier to break the pill in the center) then a 32. So on that side it is either 6 32 OR G 32 ~~~~~Thanks. :~) Mara
