Default West Ward 3000 blue/lavender

A friend gave this pill in "payment" for a dinner she had been given. What in the world is it? And is it dangerous?

Whoops! on previous post I thought the subject of the post would show up and let you know I was looking at a blue/lavender capsule with the word West, the BELOW that the word Ward, then 3000 on it. I'd appreciate any help.
