Is Watson 540 stronger than Watson 503? And what's in it?

WATSON 540 is
Drug/Strength/Manufacturer: Acetaminophen 500mg / Hydrocodone Bitartrate 10mg
Generic Lortab 10

WATSON 503 is
Drug/Strength/Manufacturer: Acetaminophen 650mg / Hydrocodone Bitartrate 10mg
Generic Lorcet Plus

Both have the same amount of hydrocodone, and both are schedule III controlled substances, the 503 just has some more apap.
