Very tiny round pill in round blister pack

Found these in a box of toy donations! What are they? Silver colored round wheel shaped pack with bar shaped blister (contains a stiff piece of purple and green material that opens each blister when pushed on) next to tiny round pill. There are 10 pills on the wheel. The pills are white and VERY tiny, only about the size of an O, they have no visible markings and appear uncoated. They are ball shaped, perfectly round like a sweetener.
