It is a corticosteroid (not a muscle relaxant).

I have some of those. They are definately not vicodin. They are prednisone. For those of you who don't know what that is, it's a steroid. I got mine for skin irritation and also a sinus infection. They work pretty good, but they are really hard on your stomach so eat plenty of food with them and drink plenty of water.
