Found this in my driveway and have no idea where it came from, if someone can tell me what it is or what it may be for maybe I can figure it out

Default Fluoxetine
punkin, your pill is probably 20mg Fluoxetine. If you look at the markings, they're probably TEC 137B. Fluoxetine is known by more than a few brand names; Prozac, being the most known. Fluoxetine is indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder.
