I think these are diet pills but am not sure. Can anyone verify? Also, know anything about them? Possible side effects?

It is an over the counter diet pill called Zantrex-3

Thanks - that's what I thought they were. Not happy to have found them in my 105 lb daughter's purse, however! Time for a follow up to 'the conversation!'
