Your pill might be Novo-Trimel, an antibiotic.
Many Canadian meds are hard to positively identify, but here is a description of Novo-Trimel:
Each white, round tablet, engraved "N" over "80" on one side and plain on the reverse, contains trimethoprim 80 mg and sulfamethoxazole 400 mg.
