I am a bit confused about Trazodone Hydrochloride. In the PDR description, it says that it is an antidepressant that can also be used for some pain syndromes. When I click on it for more information in Drugs.com, it brings up Vicodin. Are Vicodin and Trazodone Hydrochloride the same thing? Any information would be extremely helpful.
