Default tiny white round pill on one side 752/ 2

have a friend wondered what these are tiny white round pill with 752 over 2 on one side and nothing on the other not scored was told they were morphine? could you help please thank you

Round white tablet imprinted 752 over 2 is Hydromorphone HCl 2 mg, a narcotic analgesic.
