Post Tiny white round pill, 543 on one side, Spear with a squigly line on other side

Any clues? Can't find it on the net.

The spear and "squigly line" loosely resemble the medical sign, but the name of that sign escapes me.

I'm almost positive it's Cryselle 28 (0.3 mg norgestrel and 0.03 mg ethinyl estradiol tablets), a BCP (birth control pill), could it be a dp that you're looking at, the p is below the d?
