Default tiny, white, round, "4" imprint on one side, blank on other side.
Can anyone help me identify this pill? They are really small, white, round pills.

The only imprint is the number 4 on one side.

Any thoughts?

Just a 4 imprint and being white and round is SO vague a description that I think it'll be impossible to ID for certain; I checked some but nothing jumped out at me, sorry. If you want a guess, I'd say a BCP or placebo.

yeah I'm afraid the only and best description is tiny, very small, white, round pill with only the imprint of a "4" on one side.
