Default Thin, round, beige speckled pills with "CF" on one side and "HYL" on the other.

Found these pills in the apartment I just moved into. Couldnt find them on any of the popular ID bots (Drugs.com, rxlist.com, pillid.com, etc.)

As mentioned they have "CF" on one side, "HYL" on the other. No scoring, the pill is round and small with squared edges AKA "single stack". Its is beige/brown and lightly speckled white.

Wink

Not sure about this, but a white, capsule shaped tablet with CF HYL imprinted on it is consistent with Hyland's Calms Forte. It is a homepathic drug used for nervous tension and insomnia. Not sure if the tablet you found is the same or not. I couldn't find a picture of it to compare to your picture.
