I recently found 2 pills in my cupboard and i dont remember ever putting them there, and the doctors tell me they cant tell me what it is without a prescription saying they are mine

They are small round and yellow with a 4 stamped on one side and either dms, or pms stamped on the other side, i am not sure which since they are a bit banged up. Can anyone tell me what they are?
