hey
it has a M with a box around it on one side
on the other it has a 4.
it might be some type of codeine or codeine 4 or something.

Acetaminophen 300 mg and Codeine Phosphate 60 mg Tablets
a generic version of Tylenol® with Codeine #4
Description: White/Round Tab
Identification Code: Debossed "4" on one side and an "M" in a box on reverse side
You will find an image at
