    I have never heard of any methadone pills with no imprint. Although they do make a methadone pull that is small, white, and round, however it has the imprint of the numbers 54 over 142 on the side.

    In addition I believe it to be very rare that a drug company would manufacture a drug without any imprints. Leaving me to think that your tablet may in fact be a piece of candy, like a mint.
