i fond it in a box of a cancer's victim i thing was a type of opiate... but why?.. this is the question

The pill is OxyContin 10 mg sold for export to Mexico (and possibly South America). The EX imprints were discontinued about 5-6 years ago.

Lately we've seen several questions re the EX imprints, so it's possible they are being exported again.
