This is a 5mgs Oxycodone, pain killer.

My information is not guaranteed correct. I do not get them right all the time, but I do enjoy the hunt~

There are actually two pills that match this description - one with a score line and one without.

    If the pill is scored
it is OXYCODONE 5 MG, a narcotic analgesic
    Generic for Roxicodone™ and Percolone®
    Description: White/Round Tab
Identification Code: Boxed "M" on one side; 5 on bisected side

If the pill is not scored
it is METHYLIN 5 MG (Methylphenidate)
a branded generic version of Ritalin
Identification Code: Boxed M; 5 on reverse side
    Description White/Round Tab
