I found a very small white round pill marked with a "m" on one side
and a "2" on the other side. No other markings.
Any help would greatly help.

Hydromorphone 2mg (if the M is NOT in a box)

This is 2 mg generic Dilaudid - hydromophone - 9 X sronger than morphine
