Default Small white pill M 4

Its a small, white round tablet. No score mark, with an 'M' on one side and a '4' on the other. Please help.

From what I can find, it looks like it may be some form of Morphine.

Robo or Kirby can be of more help once they make a appearance

Is the M in a box like [M]?

Sounds like Hydromorphone 4 mg by Mallinckrodt
    Generic for: Dilaudid®
    Description: White/Round Tab
Identification Code: Debossed with M one side; 4 on the reverse side

You will find an image at
    http://pharmaceuticals.mallinckrodt....ProductID=5462
so you can see if it matches up.
