I think this is Vicoprofen, not sure. I was taking Watson 385 and 502, how does this compare? Is it closer to watson 385 or watson 502 in pain relief, light-headeness, dizzeness and making you feel like you're in the clouds.

The pills you were on previously also contain Hydrocodone 7.5 mg (a narcotic analgesic). The difference is the other analgesic ingredient. The Watson pills you were on contain acetaminophen and the new pills contain ibuprofen.

These pills all have similar pain relief properties as they all contain the same amount of hydrocodone. Side effect profiles should also be very similar. Ibuprofen has better anti-inflammatory properties compared to acetaminophen, and may also be more likely to upset your stomach.
