I found some small white oblong pills with raised oblong markings in the center in the floorboard of the car I recently bought. I have no idea what they are and am concerned that they might be a controlled substance. There are no other identifying markings on the pills. Does anyone have a clue what they might be?

no..its the same shape as the pill...
