Rec'd new, very small, white, what I think is double convex (flattened oval) with R X one side, 1 1 other side across score. Said to be fosinopril, but I can't verify.

RX 11 is 10 mg fosinopril sodium - generic Monopril® . This is a new generic made by Ranbaxy Pharmaceuticals.
