Question small thick white round pill with K20 and scored with X
I found an old bottle of No-Doze filled with these small thick white round pills with K20 on one side and scored with a large X on the other.

I have no idea what these might be. Any hints would be appreciated.

The only K20 I'm finding is blue, and Canadian, Desipramine HCl 10 mg
Antidepressant.
