Default small square yellow pill BD one side 10 on other
A bunch of these pills were mistakenly sent from Shanghai to my friend. Anyone have any ideas? They are all still stuck together like they came out of a mold and have yet to be broken up, but the way they were packaged (wrapped multiple times in plastic) suggests they did not come from a factory. Anyone?

I also have some of these except they are inscribed with 50. Square yellow pill with B/D with a split mark in between them... what the hell are these?
