Default small, round, white pill scored with K 400 on it

Hi. I found these pills in my sons room and I can't identify them.
They are small, white, round pills that are scored. There is a letter K above the score mark and the number 400 below it. If anyone has any idea, please let me know. I'm scared of what my son might be getting into. Thank you.

1mg Glypopyrrolate Tablet. GLYPOPYRROLATE, (Brand Name: (Robinul) helps relieve spasms in the stomach and bowel. It can be used before surgery to reduce body secretions (fluids) and to control your heart rate and blood pressure.
