Default Small round white pill with a score....

15 on the scored side and a M in a square box on the other.

Sorry The only pill I could find with the imprint you have described is blue and unscored.

The pills marked with an M in a box are usually made by Mallinckrodt.
You could try their website at pharmaceuticals.mallinckrodt.com

    bkswaney,

If we knew for sure, we would certainly post!

I think you will have to call Mallinckrodt about this pill. The customer service phone number is 800-325-8888. The company's CS is great and very fast. I've called them several times in the past.

Sometimes we can figure out what a pill is by the imprint, but Mallinckrodt is a little different. The company uses the same imprints for some pills - the only things that change are a score or no score, or an M in a box or plain M, or a big number or a little number. So it's hard to guess since the imprints are so similar.

The company received FDA approval to market 15 and 30 mg oxycodone tablets in June. It's possible your tablet is the new 15 mg oxycodone, but you will have to call the company to >> it with certainty.

The databases seem to lag new releases by several months, so there is no way to find out what it is other than by calling the company.

And, if you call and get an >>, please post back so we can help others.

    Thanks.
